Overview

The YAC series vertical autoclave is the latest intelligent autoclave.

The product is suitable for medical and health institute scientific research institute, pharmaceutical and food production enterprises to perform high-temperature disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments, dressings, glassware, biological products, liquid culture media, and solid melting operations.

Key Features

• Sterilization chamber material: Made of SUS30408 seamless stainless steel tube with a thickness of 3mm, effectively extending the equipment's lifespan.
• Lid structure: Handwheel translation quick-opening door structure, self-expanding sealing ring, equipped with pressure safety interlock device and electronic door cover lock device.
• Control panel: 6.5-inch LCD display, light-controlled touch-sensitive buttons.
• Programs: It has 6 sterilization programs including instruments, dressings, liquids, free one, free two (liquid and culture media program with adjustable air exhaust mode), and free three (solid and agar melting program).
• Pressure sensor: Imported high-precision pressure sensor, providing stable performance guarantee.
• Pressure controller: Adjustable pressure controller, automatically controlling the high and low-pressure limit of the equipment.
• Automatic water inlet: Automatic water inlet controlled by electromagnetic pump and solenoid valve, with efficient filter to ensure sterilization effect.
• Main controller: Modular controller, imported high-speed processing chip, making the sterilization process safer and more efficient.
• Automatic air exhaust: Automatic air exhaust after sterilization is completed.
• Multiple safety protections: Multiple safety protection functions including low water level, over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature, and over-pressure protection.
• Printing function: Print information such as temperature, time, pressure, water inlet, exhaust, cooling, sterilization start time, end time, and operator information during the sterilization process, facilitating user record keeping and traceability.
• Fault self-diagnosis: Real-time monitoring of the working process, automatic power-off and alarm prompt in case of abnormalities, displaying fault codes simultaneously.
• Calibration interface: Equipped with a standard verification interface, facilitating temperature and pressure calibration.
• Memory storage: User-set sterilization parameters are automatically stored in the system for convenient use next time.
• Flexible air exhaust control: The air exhaust displacement time during the sterilization process and the air exhaust time after sterilization can be set. Flexible opening can be achieved by adjusting the parameters of the exhaust valve, and pulse exhaust can realize three modes: rapid exhaust, slow exhaust, and no exhaust.

In Series (Internal Circulation)

• Steam Discharge System: Utilizes a steam-water internal circulation system, equipped with SUS304 stainless steel cooling water tank and collection tank, eliminating steam discharge externally.
• Rapid Cooling System: Features high-efficiency condenser and heat-resistant fans, ensuring surface temperature ≥75°C, resulting in low failure rate and fast cooling speed.
