Overview

The YAC series vertical autoclave utilizes saturated steam as the sterilization medium. By using gravity to discharge air and cold air exclusion method, the saturated steam completely penetrates the surface of the items. It kills all microorganisms and their spores under high pressure and high-temperature saturated steam, ensuring reliable sterilization.

This method is the most effective one among physical sterilization methods. Widely used in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, laboratories, and other fields to sterilize fabrics, instruments, rubber, liquids, and other items.

Key Features

• Fully automatic lid switch: The lid is vertical upward automatic opening, automatic closing, and automatic locking no manual operation is required to open or close the door cover.
• Foot pedal switch: Can be operated with foot pedal to automatically open and close the door without manual touch to open or close the lid, preventing operators from touching sterilized items again.
• Door locking technology: Multi-claw evenly divided mechanical door lock is located on the lid, keeping the operation surface clean, allowing unobstructed loading and unloading of items.
• Sterilization chamber material: Made of 3mm thick SUS30408 stainless steel, one-piece flange chamber, inner surface is electrolytic polished, corrosion-resistant, durable. Standard lifespan: 10 years, 20,000 sterilization cycles, optional design lifespan of 20 years.
• Door seal: Dove-tail type sealing groove, self-expanding medical silicone molded sealing ring, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, and safe.
• Special Testing Programs for Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials: It includes 6 specific programs: glass bead water resistance test, internal surface water resistance test, rubber plug gasket test, aluminum-plastic composite cap test, packaging material back pressure sterilization, and self-define programs. Each major category consists of 20 customizable programs, allowing users to create their own programs with self-defined names and sterilization parameters. In total, users can create 120 different programs.
• User-friendly interface: Equipped with a 9-inch color touchscreen, the screen displays sterilization temperature, sterilization time, exhaust temperature, sterilization mode, pressure, water level, lid status, unlocking status, sample temperature, operation status, sterilization process curve, and alarm status simultaneously.
• Operation authorization management: 21-level authorization management, with administrator, first-level, and second-level user rights. The device can only be used after entering the authorization password.
• Automatic water inlet: Automatic water inlet controlled by electromagnetic pump and solenoid valve, with a high-efficiency filter at the water inlet to ensure sterilization effectiveness.
• Steam discharge system: Built-in SUS30408 stainless steel cooling water tank, with a front-positioned collection tank, can be directly discharged into the drainage pipe, eliminating the need for manual water removal. The internal circulation of condensate water prevents steam emission.
• Flexible exhaust mode: N-level exhaust method, exhaust frequency and rate can be adjusted arbitrarily, superior to traditional fixed-level exhaust mode.
• Rapid cooling system: Equipped with dual air-convection rapid cooling fans and efficient condenser for fast cooling.
• Electromagnetic cooling lock: Unlock temperature and pressure can be set. The cover can only be opened when the pressure and temperature have cooled to the set parameters, preventing accidental operation.
• Multiple safety protection: Equipped with safety interlock protection, triple anti-dry-burning protection devices using liquid expansion, overheating temperature control induction, and ion concentration, over-temperature and over-pressure protection, leakage over-current and short-circuit protection, full-start safety valve overpressure protection, online fault monitoring, and system safety testing.
• Scheduled Start Function: Each sterilization program can be scheduled to run automatically at a specified time, with scheduling available from 0 to 9999 days.
• Memory storage function: Can store 6000 sterilization records, allowing users to check historical data and operator information, and export data via USB.
• Printing function: Print information such as temperature, time, pressure, water inlet, exhaust, cooling, sterilization start time, end time, and operator information during the sterilization process, facilitating user recordkeeping and traceability.
