Overview

The YAC-PAD series pulsating vacuum autoclave utilizes saturated steam as the sterilization medium. By pulsating vacuum, saturated steam fully penetrates the surface of items, effectively killing all microorganisms and their spores under high pressure and high temperature conditions. This sterilization method is reliable and considered one of the most effective physical sterilization methods.

It is widely used in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical and health, scientific research, and other fields for the sterilization of fabrics, instruments, lumens, rubber, liquids, and more.

Key Features

• Inflation pressure drives automatic sealing with a new high-quality tear-resistant silicone rubber circular hollow door seal. The surface is specially coated for wear resistance and smoothness, providing better sealing effects and a longer lifespan, lasting up to 1500 cycles.
• The main structure is rectangular with European-style circular reinforcing ribs and flange-free structure. The sealing groove is directly welded to both ends of the circular jacket.
• Control System: Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) and color touch screen. The entire process is automatically controlled with real-time display of operation status, operation curves, and parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time.
• Intelligent Maintenance System: Equipped with MNcold IoT remote monitoring and maintenance module, allowing real-time access to device information from computers, tablets, or smartphones. This includes real-time and historical operation data, fault notifications, and remote software upgrades.
• Various sterilization programs for fabrics, instruments, lumen instruments, rubber, liquids, custom programs and test programs such as BD tests, vacuum leak tests, etc.
• Pulsation Modes: Negative pressure pulsation, cross-pressure pulsation, and positive pressure pulsation. Air exclusion rate is greater than 99.99%, saving steam consumption and improving steam sterilization and drying efficiency.
• Flash Sterilization Vacuum Drying Technology: Fabric dryness less than 0.6%, instrument dryness less than 0.1%.
• Real-time process data printing through built-in printer. Pharmaceutical clients can use paperless recorders.
• Pipeline System: Stainless steel sanitary piping, clamp connections, all welds made by automatic pipe welding machines. Major control valves are from well-known brands.
• Supply System Detection and Alarm System: Equipped with steam, water source, and power phase sequence detection alarm devices. If the supply system does not meet the equipment's operating conditions, automatic alarms will be triggered, preventing program startup and terminating program operation.
