The YAC series portable autoclave is an intelligent sterilization device equipped with the latest technology.

This product is suitable for medical and health institutions, scientific research, pharmaceutical and food production companies to perform high-temperature disinfection and sterilization operations on surgical instruments, dressings, glassware, biological products, and liquid culture media.

Key Features

• Microcomputer Intelligent Control System: Utilizes an "LED" digital display to run the operating cycle program. The autoclave automatically shuts down after sterilization is completed (with an alarm).
• Safety Interlock Device: Equipped with a pressure safety interlock device to automatically lock the lid when there is pressure inside the autoclave to prevent accidents.
• Lid Opening and Closing Device: Features translation quick-opening door, ensuring reliable, flexible, and lightweight lid opening and locking.
• Preset Programs: Allows presetting fixed programs for sterilizing items.
• Memory Storage System: Stores the last sterilization program for easy reuse.
• Dynamic Control Panel: The digital display screen and indicator lights show the set sterilization process and provide functional prompts during operation.
• Safety Configurations: Lid interlock device, electronic over temperature and overpressure protection system, anti-dry-burning protection, mechanical sefety relief value, leakage protection device, automatic fault detection system.
• Automatic Air Exhaust Function: Both cold air exhaust and pressure relief after sterilization are controlled by solenoid valves for automatic air exhaust.
• Seal Ring: Made of silicone material, the self-expanding seal ring is durable and provides better sealing.
