2. Control system consists of build-in computer and 10 in touch screen, taking the lead in entering“D times’ GOLD SIM controller has "Safe Guard" data logging function, real time display and record paramters as top temperature, sample temperature, liquid level, liquid volume, etc at fixed interval (interval can be set). It can store up to 500,000 latest events, including temperature, LN2 level, system event, alarm, etc. All the data are traceable on the touch screen and can be output to USB drive in excel format. |

3. Wireless monitor worldwide Freezer working status (top temperature, sample temperature, liquid level, liquid volume, alarm information)can be remote monitored anywhere and anytime by mobile or computer. This function can be activated or disactivated at your choice. (optional) |

4. Worldwide message alarm function
When freezer temperature or liquid level go out of the set level, freezer will send message alarm (liquid level low alarm, liquid level high alarm, high temperature alarm, extra high temperature alarm, etc) to operator, technical support & service of manufacturer and any other authorized staff (max 10 users can be set). |

Three default alarm temperature can be set: -160℃,-155℃ and -150℃, which has increasing alarm frequency. And when the temperature goes up to -150℃, freezer will call customer automatically, ensuring the absolute safety of samples. You can receive the alarm message at any place in the world. (optional) |

5. Real-time displaying real sample temperature
Except freezer top temperature and bottom temperature, GOLD SIM freezer has one more sample sensor to detect real sample temperature, so as to ensure sample safety. The sensor is PT1000 sensor, with the accuracy of 0.01℃. |

6.Two LN2 filling method:Auto/Manual, double safe, ensuring normal operation of freezer.
GOLD SIM has two LN2 filling method: auto and manual. In generdl condition, auto mode will work to fill LN2 into freezer, when auto mode fails, manual valve can be used to fill LN2 to ensure normal LN2 supply. If only auto mode is available and once it breaks down, customer has to pour LN₂into freezer, which will cause bad effect to samples: samples are in glass state in vapor nitrogen,samples are in tiny crystal condition, when LN2 is poured into the freezer, the strenuous vibration will shock the crystal into solid ice, which will cause fatal damage to samples and sample will fail to get recovered. (Manual valve is optional) |

7. About Sample Safety
1) 4 or 6 liquid level sensors are available to control liquid level and liquid refilling, real-time display liquid level and liquid volume.
2) Temperature is monitored by platinum sensor PT1000,whose accuracy is 0.01℃.
3) Safety password protection: user can self-define password access to calibration, ensuring operation safety.
4) Patented bottom LN2-filling design reduces LN2 flow speed and pressure, with the function of freeze protection and splash proof protection. Meanwhile, the slow flow speed reduces sample shake, protecting the sample to the maximum extent to ensure high sample survival rate in the future.
5) The optional backup battery provides a full load of up to three days of operation including LN2 auto-filling when power failure occurs, thereby enhancing the safety of sample.
8. Data and curve recording
1) Data recording system can record data of temperature, LN2 level, system event, lid open and system alarm.
2) Data can but output by USB port in Excel format.3) Freezer can be connected to software by RS485/RS232 port or API connection.
9. Auto defog function can defog quickly in order to observe samples in short time.
Auto defog switch will be started automatically when we open the lid, samples will be observed within seconds, which is convenient for sample fetching. For similar model of other brands, which don' t have this function, nitrogen fog will block observation of sample, you need wait 5~10 min or use a light to provide illumination.
10. Quick chilling function enables the temperature to recover to the set value after lid is closed.
11. Auto sample lifting device is available to lift target rack automatically, convenient to operate, avoiding cryogenic burns.
12.Ideal top temperature of vapor phase freezers: top cryogenic box temperature of all vopor phase freezers can maintain at the range of -183~-186℃， cryo-technology is ahead of all the other manufacturers, ensuring safety of samples.
