Controlled Rate Freezer

The purpose of controlled rate freezer is to steadily reduce the biological sample placed in its chamber to below -180℃ at a stable speed set by the program, which can directly monitor the sample temperature and effectively improve the cell survival rate.

It can be used to freeze stem cells, umbilical cord blood, bone marrow, tissue culture, organ skin, sperm, embryos, etc.

Configuration

• Controlled rate freezer main unit.
• LN2 Supply tank (optional) -- Supply LN2 to controlled rate freezer, any LN2 supply tank within the proper pressure range can be used.
• Connecting hose (optional) -- Connect controlled rate freezer and the LN2 supply tank.
• Rack (optional) -- Choose according to actual application.

• Auto switch cover-Freezing chamber has flip-up cover——Reduce heat exchange inside the chamber to the maximum extent when the cover opens;  Transparent glass cover can real-time observe sample change during operation；The cover has safety protection switch.
• Double circulation system ensures temperature uniformity——External circulation chamber: The high-speed centrifugal impeller vaporizes the LN2 and circulate the vaporized LN2 into the freezing chamber from the bottom, completes the internal circulation in the freezer chamber and returns to the external circulation chamber.
• Compliant with FDA21 CFR part 11——It can provide operation logging and event logging,compliant with FDA 21 CFR part 11. Experiment report includes operation program, protocol, curve, operation, etc.
• Self-defined freezing programs——User can set up self-defined freezing programs, and save unlimited programs.
• Precise temperature control——PT-100 temperature sensor in standard configuration, temperature display accuracy is 0.01℃.
• Windows operation, more convenient——Use integrated computer as controller, easy and convenient to operate, can store unlimited programs. Data can be output to a USB drive or printed by a printer.
